Description and Requirements
Objective of the Role:
Being part of the GIC Strategy & PMO team, the role is required to have strong strategic view and excellent project management know-how to support top-level strategic topics design and implementation within GIC & cross-function. He/she will be a topic/project lead of key strategic initiatives to overall project team to assure on-time delivery.
Job Description:
- Strategic planning and strategic project management: Plan and track project timelines and milestones; Regularly communicate & report to project lead, key stakeholders, and management team; Effectively co-work with project team members to achieve goals
- Lead in-depth industry and competitor research topics through structural methodologies by leveraging both internal and external resources. Familiar with report drafting and capable of delivery to management team
- Other ad-hoc projects to support BG level management team
Skills & qualifications:
- Master’s degree is preferred
- 5+ years experience;
- Good strategic view and a mature and practical mindset. Work experience in leading consulting firm, in-house strategy function is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Strong PPT, presentation and communication skills
- Experience in High tech, software and global company is preferred
